About Tamari-Zuke Cream Cheese
This cream cheese owes its rich flavor to being soaked in tamari soy sauce, which has in turn been enriched by the soup stock of bonito, mackerel and sardines. This makes it a great accompanying snack for sake and other alcoholic beverages. It goes especially well with whiskey and Japanese sake.
※Tamari soy sauce is made from soybeans and packed with umami flavor.

Slice it and eat it as-is, or you can enjoy it on crackers or as a salad topping. It's also delicious with wasabi or black pepper.
