About The CHOYA Craft Fruit
“The CHOYA Craft Fruit” is made from ripe Nanko ume that are puréed and blended with umeshu aged for one year, resulting in a fruity, lush sweetness that complements the long-lasting aging notes of this authentic umeshu.
It was awarded “Best in Show Liqueur,” along with “Double Gold” and “Best Fruit Liqueur,” at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (SFWSC).
- ABV: 15%
- Volume: 720ml
Ingredients: Ume (Nanko ume from the Kishu region of Japan), sugar, alcohol, Nanko ume puree. No acidulant or flavoring added.
