About Teriyaki sauce
Otafuku Teriyaki Sauce is very easy to use as a marinade or glaze for chicken, Japanese amberjack, and many other kinds of meat and fish. Aged mirin, or sweet cooking sake, gives it savory umami flavor as well as sweetness, and Japanese soy sauce lends it a slight saltiness. Kombu dashi (soup stock made from dried kelp) enhances everything by bringing out each of the flavors.
