How to Prepare Mametan
You will need: 50g (a little over ¾ of a cup) of SHOWA SOY PROTEIN MAMETAN 200ml (1 cup) of water
Put the SHOWA SOY PROTEIN MAMETAN and water into a bowl. Let it stand for three minutes, then drain away the excess water. The Mametan is now ready to use in your favorite meal. ※ 50g of Mametan will weigh about 150-180g after draining, depending on how you drain the water.
